Copyright Policy and Procedures

It is the policy of West Georgia Technical College that all faculty and staff will adhere to and respect the provisions of copyright law, Title 17, U.S. Code. Faculty and staff are expected to follow the law in good faith and subscribe to the spirit of protection it gives to the rights of others.

Please see Title 17 of the U.S. Code for complete information on the United States copyright law.

Finding reliable and useful copyright resources on the Internet can be challenging. This guide contains information only and links to recommended sites I like and trust. Please consult an expert in copyright law for legal advice.
